Back-end Technologies

At the back-end of ATG's Enterprise Active Visual System® are CAD/BIM-based technologies used to create visual layouts and the database they connect to. One of the most important back-end component is CCM Plus™, a powerful and robust Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) solution. CCM Plus is offered in two distinct product versions—one based on AutoCAD and the other based on Revit 3D.

Responding to the needs of its facility management clients, ATG's Enterprise Solutions Division began development on the first version of CCM Plus in 1991. While the initial version was primarily designed for space analysis, additional modules for engineering systems, regulatory compliance, and facility condition assessment were added to the program in subsequent years. The current version is now a comprehensive alternative to the complex programs currently available for CAFM.

CCM Plus is designed to address general facility management related topics, including, but not limited to:

CCM Plus for AutoCAD

CCM Plus is comprised of two components: AutoCAD and ASP.net. Initial data population is made by ATG's experienced AutoCAD personnel in order to maintain the integrity of the AutoCAD files. Once the data is populated, the ASP.net component, a web-based front-end, can be used to edit the corresponding MS Access or SQL Server database via the Internet or corporate Intranet. This allows personnel to easily edit information without requring any experience with CAD software.

The AutoCAD component is a very powerful feature used to create and edit facility data. This component is the centerpiece of CCM Plus Enterprise software and provides all necessary tools required by facility personnel.

CCM Plus™ for Revit

Responding to the needs of A/E firms, ATG has developed its award-winning CAFM software on the Revit platform. This version of the CCM Plus Enterprise software is comprised of two components: ASP.net and Revit. The ASP.net component is a web-based front end, which allows "non-CAD" personnel to edit existing data within the facility database. The initial data population can only be made in Revit by experienced CAD personnel in order to maintain the integrity of the Revit project file. Once the data is populated, the ASP.net component can easily edit the corresponding MS Access or SQL Server database via the Internet or a corporate Intranet.
