ATG has developed automated PFI upload technology for the Joint Commission eSOC site

ATG has developed technology to upload pending PFI items from ATG’s SOC module to the Joint Commission’s eSOC site in an automated manner. Authenticated users of ATG’s ASP Web Portal can simply download the Excel query file containing pending PFI items, save it to a CSV file, and upload it to the Joint Commission site. All the data fields are already mapped with the required field names and formatted according to the Joint Commission’s requirements. This technology will eliminate upload errors, saving hundreds of hours of troubleshooting.
