To complement the cutting edge research and development performed by ATG during the last 20 years, our Application Service Provider (ASP) hardware infrastructure is the best in the business. ATG prides itself in creating a hardware solution with no single point of failure, an offsite real time backup, and a secure offline backup tape storage.

ATG manages client data at two sites, the ATG Corporate Site and the ATG Data Center. The ATG Data Center is the primary site where clients access their information. We have a real-time backup implemented at our corporate site, which mirrors the Data Center and is synchronized daily in case of a disaster situation. Every other month, our manual backup tapes are stored in an offsite location.

ATG's data is housed in a state-of-the-art data center facility located in the Chicago suburbs. The facility was constructed with features designed specifically to safeguard critical data and it has the following specifications:
