ATG’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH PROVISION OF THE PORTAL AND ACCESS TO THE CONTENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. ATG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS IN OR FAILURE OF SERVICES RESULTING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM CAUSES BEYOND ATG’S REASONABLE CONTROL.

User shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless ATG its affiliates, licensors and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, subcontractors and agents from and against all claims, demands and causes of action and for any damages, losses, costs, liabilities or expenses, including, without limitation, all expenses, attorneys' fees, costs of litigation and costs of settlement arising from or related to User’s use of this portal and the content on this portal.

User’s right to use the portal and to access and use portal content may be terminated by ATG at any time and for any reason.
